GENERAL GOSSIP AND TRIP REPORTS

Disorganised Week-Ends

May 2nd – 4th 2008

A camping trip has been arranged to the vicinity of Iron Lodge, Glen Elchaig, to climb some of the remote Corbetts and Grahams in the area. It involves a 13km walk up a track to the proposed camp site and we will be staying for 2 or 3 nights. Contact the usual suspects.

Regular Monthly Meeting of the Disorganised Group.
We meet on the Monday before the Club outing, in the "Standing Order", George Street, 6.30 onwards. All welcome

How do you find us? here are some clues, courtesy Bob Fowler:-

There are usually 4 - 7 middle-aged men all squeezed round one table from around 6.30pm.
After 8pm a woman joins them.
Everyone drinks pints and eats the cheapest food on the menu.
There is no more than one person smoking.
Sometimes there is one guy in a suit who also carries an ASDA shopping bag.
There is usually a cyclist present.
At some time in the evening diaries are brought out and everyone shares one pencil.
One guy has a very flash watch.
Another guy wears M&S clothes and claims he has a 34" waist!
